msw, lsw
psychotherapist

I knew I found the right therapist when every mask I brought to session was accepted so much that I finally felt comfortable enough to not put one on anymore. I feel that therapy should be the space where you can bring your whole self and feel seen, heard, acknowledged, and appreciated. It can also be the space where you discover, reconstruct, and understand yourself. The work to achieve these goals and your specific goals can be heavy, exhausting, and scary. That's where I come in! By prioritizing the therapeutic relationship, we will move through the stages of awakening, awareness and action, so you won't have to do it alone.

If you're feeling like you check the "other" box, I got you! I am passionate about supporting folks navigate their intersectionality, working with mothers, mood disorders, relationships, and those carrying and impacted by trauma. Having both personal and professional experience in these areas, I hope to create space that feels safe for you to be "other".

I understand the amount of trust and vulnerability that goes into the work of therapy. I feel honored by each soul that allows me to experience that with them. I look forward to laughing through the funny moments, witnessing you through the hard moments, and collaborating with you on the best way to achieve your goals.
