Walnut Psychotherapy Center is seeking full-time staff therapists to provide primarily individual therapy, with opportunities for couples and family therapy. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for LGBTQ advocacy, a commitment to understanding intersectionality and a capacity to reshape and rethink therapy in the service of neurodiverse clients. Queer, trans, and BIPOC clinicians are especially encouraged to apply. We are currently hiring for multiple therapist positions.

What do you do at Walnut?

  • Maintain 22 kept sessions per week, with an estimated caseload of approximately 25 to 30 clients 

  • ​Work 2-3 days in person at our Center City office.

  • Provide long-term, trauma-informed, psychodynamic therapy

  • Participate in weekly group supervision

  • Manage your schedule

  • Document your work in our EMR
