It takes a great deal of courage and curiosity to decide to go to therapy. Therapy is a space where you can make room to explore your feelings knowing that the wisdom or answers you seek can be discovered. My commitment is to guide you on a path of cultivating compassion, self-understanding, acceptance and if possible, inner peace.
In therapy, the true magic unfolds within the relationship cultivated between client and therapist. Together, we will build authentic connections through the essential elements of care, trust, respect, transparency, and deep listening. At times, we may look at how the past informs the present and how one can move forward despite past experiences. A part of my style is to focus on the here and now, being aware of what unfolds. I am committed to holding space for you while encouraging you to say the “unsayable,” bring to your awareness what's been held deep within your heart, and to help you learn how to honor your many truths. I strive to create the kind of space where curiosity, creativity, connection, and exploration are encouraged.
Remember, you are worthy of the kindness you give to others. Taking the courageous step into therapy, I am here to walk alongside you, supporting your journey towards healing and self-discovery. It would truly be an honor to embark on this together.
