I am a psychotherapist who has worked with a variety of individuals’, families' and couples and is a relationship expert who utilizes this knowledge throughout his therapeutic engagements.


With over 15 years of clinical experience and over 5 years coaching leaders, my style is forthcoming, connected, personable, and grounded in research based techniques focused on helping individuals, families, and couples reach their stated goals.


My therapy is grounded in theory and trauma informed, working with individuals, couples, and family systems to improve effectiveness, and enhancing communication.


I strongly believe that every individual has an innate wisdom that can be tapped through the therapeutic process. Building a strong foundation of trust and respect, I help my clients challenge themselves in ways that result in personal growth and personal fulfillment. I challenge my clients to look at themselves and those areas of concern to help enhance learning and growth.
