Peter Zook, MSW, LSW

Peter works collaboratively with people to develop self-awareness and understand, on a deeper level, what compelled them to seek therapy. He supports individuals to become more curious about their selves, guiding them to find solace within. Peter believes therapy is about managing the various issues and struggles we all face, which may include anxiety, depression, stress, sexuality concerns, LGBTQ* issues, and identity development. Peter has a keen ability to hold a space of fortitude, as therapy can be trying and unpredictable. He tailors his style to each individual’s respective needs. His vast travels, cultural and life experiences influence his welcoming and adaptive approach. Peter's organically empathic and non-judgmental nature is steadfast and unwavering. As a result, this leads to greater growth, fulfillment and overall satisfaction.
